The Program is comprised of various Web sites and operated by cricketaweting.com or its affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Cricket Exchange Program.") sites includes stkittsnevis2007.com, jamaica2007.com, Trinidad2007.com, Antigua2007.com, Grenada2007.com, stlucia2007.com, and Guyana2007.com. Our program provides a variety of services to Cricket fans from around the world searching for accommodations for the upcoming Cricket World Cup hosted in the West Indies in the Spring of 2007.

Cost to Join The Program

The Program is offered FREE-OF-CHARGE to cricket fans searching for these places to stay during the Cricket World Cup next year. However, you must register with Cricketaweting.com for final booking.

Booking Accommodation

All booking for the Cricket Exchange Program will be handle by Cricket A We Ting. To start using our services just click the find accommodation link on the menu.

(a) Guest shall pay a penalty of fifty percent (30%) of the Net Payable Rate to CRICKET A WE TING for any Reserved Room Night cancelled with less than 30 days before the Official Start of the games.

(b) Guest shall pay a penalty of fifty percent (50%) of the Net Payable Rate for any Reserved Room Night cancelled within three (3) days before the Official Start by 18:00 (6:00 p.m. local time) on the day.

(c) Guest shall pay a penalty of one hundred percent (100%) of the Net Payable Rate for any Reserved Room Night cancelled after 18:00 (6:00 p.m. local time) on the day of the Reserved Room Night.

All penalties above (a), (b) and (c) shall be paid net of any applicable taxes or service charges.

Late Arrival Guarantee (No-Shows). CRICKET A WE TING shall guarantee all Reserved Room Nights not previously cancelled for late arrival. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

Refunds to Fans

Cricket A We Ting will make every effort to provide you with all the information necessary for you to book your stay, including property details and pictures. If you are not satisfied with the accommodations on arrival, please call 1-561-542-1533 to make additional arrangements. All sales are REFUNDABLE minus any transaction fees charge by the Credit Card processing, any accommodations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival day will result in 30% lost of total cost.

Termination

Cricket A We Ting reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and terminate any resident or local businesses we determine does not follow or accept the guidelines of the program at anytime without prior notice. Upon making the modified provisions available on the Cricket A We Ting web site at cricketaweting.com Continued use of the Cricket A We Ting Network after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Cricket A We Ting does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions and Conditions, or Additional Terms.
